phtttt conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts before processing the first withdrawal. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the required timeframe may have withdrawal requests suspended pending verification.

phtttt's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
